Our team is comprised of passionate, experienced and qualified design directors, architects, engineers and technicians collaborating from our design studio in Hampshire in the United Kingdom. We provide a full service from feasibility and concept design to detailed engineering, construction and operational support. Due to recent growth, we are seeking an Associate Project Manager for major motorsport construction projects in the middle east and far east regions relating to the provision of design, feasibility and operational consultancy services to clients on motorsport, entertainment, and sports & leisure venue construction projects. Working closely with internal and external project stakeholders your role will be to coordinate the provision of technical advice from subject matter experts to multiple project stakeholders, through management and organisation of workshops, project records and high quality presentations to communicate project outcomes to our clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinate project documentation such as external design information, incoming communications, design reviews, and internal technical documents by appropriate management of information and project records following agreed project communications protocols;
  • Assist in tracking of project risks, actions, issues, decisions and critical changes that affect the project through diligent and periodic reporting to internal and external stakeholders;
  • Prepare and assist in the presentation of project status reports to summarise key progress, risk and associated metrics, using highly presentable dashboard reporting for virtual & in person meetings, under the guidance of senior management and subject matter experts;
  • Manage and contribute to the production of reports, presentations and financial calculations and other spreadsheets under the guidance of senior management and subject matter experts, and work with internal and external stakeholders to review and consolidate comments and improvements on a regular basis;
  • Have the opportunity for some limited travel throughout the project visiting client sites and high profile sporting events to meet with stakeholders and demonstrate industry practice.

Your Skills And Experience

  • Substantial working experience in a project management, engineering, or construction related sector;
  • Degree in any technical discipline would be highly valued, especially those relating to engineering, mathematics or finance;
  • Experience of project scheduling, including management of task planning tools, including gantt, kanban, and other equivalents;
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office 365 (word, excel, ppt) to a professional standard;
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Indesign) would be highly valued;
  • Proficiency in CAD software (Autodesk or Microstation) would also be highly valued;
