We have an opportunity for an M&E Quantity Surveyor to join our team. Our projects include large industrial and commercial schemes with contract values over £30 million to smaller schemes and working in interesting public and private sectors including healthcare, insurance, government & military sites.
What you need to do to be effective in this role:
- You will be responsible for assisting in the provision of a wide range of M&E quantity surveying services including:
- Advise on services costs involved in building projects
- Evaluation of costs and advise on alternative proposals
- Advice on contract arrangements and conditions
- Undertaking all elements of pre and post contract work
- Preparing measured term accounts for contractor based clients
The skills and experience you need to have for this role:
- BSc in Quantity Surveying, similar level degree or vocational qualification (or equivalent)
- Clean UK driving licence
