We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Framework Controls Assistant to support the delivery of project controls activities across multiple projects and frameworks.
The role will provide administrative and coordination support to various project teams, helping to ensure that project information, documentation, reporting and governance processes are maintained accurately and efficiently.

- Framework Controls Support
- Assist with the maintenance of project controls systems, registers and trackers.
- Support the preparation and distribution of project reports, dashboards and performance information.
- Assist in the collation and validation of project data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Support project teams with schedule updates, action trackers, risks, issues and change management records.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure records are current and auditable.
- Governance & Reporting
- Support the organisation and administration of governance meetings.
- Prepare meeting packs, agendas and minutes.
- Track actions arising from meetings and monitor progress to completion.
- Assist with monthly reporting cycles, ensuring information is submitted on time.
- Assist with the preparation and management of all documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant Client standards.
- Documentation & Compliance
- Manage and maintain document control systems and filing structures.
- Ensure project documentation complies with client and company procedures.
- Support the submission and tracking of project deliverables.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies and Client requirements.
- Financial & Commercial Administration
- Assist with the preparation of purchase orders, invoices and project financial records.
- Support budget tracking and cost reporting activities.
- Maintain project cost trackers and support reconciliation activities where required.
- Provide administrative support in relation to compensation events, change requests and contractual documentation.
- Stakeholder Support
- Act as a key administrative contact for project teams and stakeholders.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops and project reviews.
- Support communication between project teams, Clients and suppliers.
- Build effective working relationships across the business.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative or project support role.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook.
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable
- Experience working within a project, programme or construction environment.
- Knowledge of project controls, project management and cost management.
- Experience using project management systems such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Power BI or Share Point.
