We are growing our marketing and communications team with the exciting addition of a strategically minded, hands‑on Campaigns Marketing Manager. This is a pivotal time for Ridge, marked by incredible growth, and in this key role, you will have the opportunity to deliver a marketing strategy that supports our business goals and elevates our brand across multiple markets. You’ll be key to the shaping and delivery of our marketing strategy whilst making sure everything we do is impactful, measurable, and aligned with our business goals.
You’ll work closely with a range of talented teams including content, communications, digital and creative, to bring integrated and high impact campaigns to life across multiple channels. This is a fantastic opportunity in a newly formed role. With a rebrand and new website launching in 2026, you will help deliver our marketing strategy within a team that champions innovation, collaboration, and best practice. Key Responsibilities- Campaign Planning: own end to end planning and development of marketing campaigns that elevate the Ridge brand with target audiences and align with cross sector business objectives.
- Campaign Management: deliver integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns that are audience led, insight driven, with clear objectives and tactics.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- PR and Comms: collaborate with external comms and digital team to deliver effective PR and social strategy in support of sectors and campaigns.
- Brand Management: champion brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Content: contribute to the creation of marketing collateral and thought leadership content in collaboration with subject matter experts.
- Facilitate campaign and sector proposition content for new company website, ensuring it reflects campaign priorities and provides a consistent brand expression.
- Digital Marketing: contribute information and ideas to the planning and delivery of the digital strategy in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Manager, to maximise engagement and reach, and drive lead generation.
- Client Engagement: support business development with targeted marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with Events Manager to maximise impact of conferences, roundtables, panel events, and networking opportunities, to position brand and strengthen client relationships.
- Benchmarking and Reporting: set KPIs and monitor campaign performance to inform future strategy and demonstrate ROI to stakeholders.
- Collaboration: work closely with technical teams to translate complex concepts into compelling marketing messages.
- Liaise with external agencies and suppliers as needed.
- Employee Advocacy: partner with Internal Communications team to deliver initiatives that empower staff as brand ambassadors to amplify Ridge’s offer.
- Proven experience in campaign marketing roles, preferably within the built environment, construction, engineering, or related professional services sectors.
- Collaborative approach and manages stakeholder relationships with gravitas and confidence.
- Able to influence and build trust among senior stakeholders, effectively driving alignment and decision‑making across complex organizational structures.
- Solid track record of planning and delivering integrated, multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical and data‑focused approach, with experience in evaluating and refining marketing performance to maximise effectiveness.
