At Ridge, we’re looking for motivated graduates with great communication skills, a strong eye for detail, and a genuine passion for the built environment to join our growing Project Controls team. What will I do?

  • As a Graduate in Project Controls, you’ll help deliver high‑value, complex projects across sectors such as infrastructure, defence, energy, education and commercial development.
  • You’ll work alongside multidisciplinary experts, supporting projects from early feasibility through to delivery and close out, gaining hands‑on experience in:
    • Setting up and supporting project controls systems
    • Cost, schedule and performance reporting
    • Developing and maintaining project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
    • Contributing to cost estimates, proposals and risk assessments
    • Working directly with clients and stakeholders
    • Supporting teams across the UK, with potential travel opportunities

Some projects may require security clearance for which you will need to meet UK residency and vetting criteria.

What do I need to succeed?

  • I have or am predicted a minimum 2:1 (or equivalent) in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or other Engineering disciplines.
  • I have the ability to gain UK SC clearance (please check you would be eligible to apply for this clearance before applying).
  • I have a permanent Right to Work in the UK and do not need visa sponsorship. You cannot be on a Student or Graduate visa for this role.
