Main Duties:
- Hands on delivery of building surveying services with bias to project work.
- Leading projects often co-ordinating our in house multi discipline design services.
- Client management and development.
- Supervising, managing and mentoring junior members of the team.
- Technical reviews to manage the quality of our services.
The skills and experience you need to have for this role:
- MRICS Consultancy experience, preferably with public sector project experience.
- Be commercially minded with an enthusiasm for winning work and business development.
- Be able to manage your own workload.
- Capable of managing individual team members, organising their work where necessary and providing guidance on projects.
- Good communication and client facing skills.
- Excellent all-round technical building surveying knowledge.
- An analytical mind with a high level of intellect - combining excellent written and oral skills to produce considered and robust reports and recommendations.
