What You’ll Be Part Of:

  • Our projects span education and healthcare, public buildings and estates, residential and housing, commercial, and insurance sectors - giving you variety and challenge every day.
  • Beyond technical delivery, you’ll play a key role in client development, financial forecasting, team leadership, and growth.

Main Duties:

  • Hands on delivery of building surveying services with bias to project work.
  • Leading projects often co-ordinating our in house multi discipline design services.
  • Client management and development.
  • Supervising, managing and mentoring junior members of the team.
  • Technical reviews to manage the quality of our services.

The skills and experience you need to have for this role:

  • MRICS Consultancy experience, preferably with public sector project experience.
  • Be commercially minded with an enthusiasm for winning work and business development.
  • Be able to manage your own workload.
  • Capable of managing individual team members, organising their work where necessary and providing guidance on projects.
  • Good communication and client facing skills.
  • Excellent all-round technical building surveying knowledge.
  • An analytical mind with a high level of intellect - combining excellent written and oral skills to produce considered and robust reports and recommendations.
