We have an opportunity for a Project Manager to join our project management team in the Liverpool Office. To be considered for this role you must have in-depth experience gained in project management within the healthcare sector. If you can evidence consultancy construction project management experience this role will offer you the opportunity to lead on projects both independently and under the guidance of a project director.
Responsibilities
- Ability to successfully deliver projects and support in the management of client relationships.
- Proven construction project management and managing professional teams experience required.
- Experience across the pre-construction and construction stages of a project.
- Experience of report writing.
- An ability to take on responsibility and act with a level of independence of senior management when called for.
- An understanding of both NEC and JCT contracts would be beneficial.
Qualifications and Skills
- Construction project management experience is essential.
- Experience using Microsoft Office software and Microsoft Project.
- Degree in a construction related subject is desirable, but not essential. All degree backgrounds will be considered.
- Professional accreditation or working towards professional accreditation desirable (RICS, CIOB, APM).
- Experience of delivering presentations and holding client facing meetings.
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in report writing.
