Consultancy experience, preferably with public sector project experience. Be commercially minded with an enthusiasm for winning work and business development. Be able to manage your own workload. Capable of managing individual team members, organising their work where necessary and providing guidance on projects.
Good communication and client facing skills. Excellent all-round technical building surveying knowledge. An analytical mind with a high level of intellect - combining excellent written and oral skills to produce considered and robust reports and recommendations.
