What You’ll Do
- You’ll provide dedicated support to the Birmingham marketing team by creating and managing high-quality marketing collateral, including brochures, capability statements, visual fee proposals, and presentations that showcase our brand.
- You’ll be curious to learn about our business, highly organised, confident in communicating with both internal teams and external clients, and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.

Role and Responsibilities
- Marketing Collateral Creation: Develop and format brochures and capability statements and presentations in line with brand guidelines. Prepare visually engaging fee proposals. Update the office TV screens on a fortnightly basis with office news. Ensure all materials align with brand guidelines and messaging standards.
- Presentation Design: Create and enhance PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use. Ensure consistency in branding, layout, and messaging across all presentations.
- Information Gathering & Content Management: Collaborate with subject matter experts to collect accurate content for marketing materials. Organise and manage a library of marketing assets for easy access and reuse.
- Quality Assurance: Proofread and review all materials for accuracy, grammar, and compliance with brand standards.
- Project Management: Track progress of marketing projects and ensure deadlines are met. Coordinate approvals and feedback from stakeholders.
Skills & Experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (essential).
- Knowledge of Adobe InDesign (advantageous).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
