The successful candidate will be a key player within the team. The role requires someone who is curious to learn about our business, organised, a confident communicator with internal management and external clients and someone who enjoys working independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Project Co-ordination of Bid Proposals: Setting up and logging submissions, along with providing support with client interface and communication via online portals.
- Co-ordinate and complete Request for Information (RFI), Expression of Interest (EOI) and Selection Questionnaires (SQ).
- Reading and understanding of client bid documentation, deadlines, and submission requirements.
- Ensuring company CVs are up to date and reviewed.
- Help write case studies and other material as part of business development activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication with all external bodies involved in the production of a proposal.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication within the company of information relating to production and delivery of bid proposals.
- Support other members of the Bid Team and promote a positive team working environment.
- Administration of our major Frameworks - updating the trackers, email management and tracking opportunities that have been issued out across the business.
- Any other ad-hoc duties to support the Bid Lead as required.
