We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a proven track record of delivering and scaling digital products within a fast-paced startup environment.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
- Extensive experience in developing, executing, and scaling start-up product roadmaps and strategies.
- Experience with B2B and B2C marketplace products.
- A detailed understanding of CRM and/or marketplace platforms, with a strong grasp of technical and customer-centric product development.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and improvements.
- A data-driven approach to product management, using analytics to inform decisions and improve product performance.
- Outstanding problem-solving abilities and a commitment to excellence in product delivery.
- An entrepreneurial and growth mindset – with a track record of scaling products and businesses rapidly.
- Desirable – experience working with founders of startups and scaleups.
Role & Responsibilities
As Product Manager at RideTo, you will take full ownership of our CRM booking software and online marketplace, working closely with the Founder and CTO to:
- Shape and deliver the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead product development projects from conception to launch.
- Translate the business needs into high quality product specifications (e.g., flows, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, etc.) for your development team to implement.
- Engage with customers to gather feedback and identify needs for future product enhancements.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and technical teams to ensure products meet market demands and customer expectations.
- Identify and execute new opportunities across industries and customer segments to grow and expand the product offering.
- Provide full reporting on product performance to the leadership team.

This role is based in our Brighton office, with the requirement to work from the office at least 2 days per week.
