Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site E-bike Mechanic role based in St Albans. The E-bike Mechanic will diagnose, service, and repair a range of E-bikes and traditional bikes, including mechanical and basic electrical components. Daily tasks include performing safety checks, routine maintenance, component fitting, firmware updates where applicable, and test riding to ensure safe operation. The role also involves advising customers on appropriate services, explaining repair options and timelines, and supporting the sales team with technical product knowledge. The E-bike Mechanic will help maintain a clean, organized workshop, manage parts inventory, and follow health and safety procedures at all times.
Qualifications:
- Strong practical skills in Bicycle Repair, Bike Repair, and general Bikes/Bicycle maintenance.
