This role supports the Thames Valley team in delivering customer service excellence to external and internal customers, ensuring the RLB ethos is maintained.,
- Booking travel and accommodation for senior members of staff.
- Assisting teams with various administrative tasks.
- Booking meetings and events (internal and external).
- Assisting with contract management - Liaising with document controllers where relevant.
- Supporting other administrators where necessary and providing holiday cover.
- Creating and maintaining good relationships with other administrators and colleagues within the business.
Previous experience in an administrative role ideally within the Construction sector for Consultancies. - High level of IT competency, MS PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Word.
- Pro-active, diligent, flexible and reliable.
