Role Overview
RLB is continuing to win projects with clients in the Data Centre sector, and we are looking for more talented professionals to help deliver them from Cost Manager to Senior Cost Manager. The Data Centre sector represents the forefront of technological advancement and sustainable development in the built environment. RLB has experienced substantial growth in the sector, expanding into new markets, broadening our service offerings, and significantly increasing our team. Our expert consultants play a key role on some of the most ambitious and exciting projects being developed in the sector today. RLB’s Data Centre team works on a wide range of projects including new build, fitout, refurbishment, and capacity upgrades. With growing demand for our services, we are recruiting experienced MEP Cost Managers for London based roles, supporting the delivery of various Data Centre projects in and around London, and across Europe. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced candidate to join and strengthen our team. A cultural fit is key. Key Responsibilities
- Support the successful delivery of Data Centre projects.
- Pre and Post Contract Quantity Surveying & Cost Management duties.
- Work closely with clients, contractors and project teams to deliver projects successfully and on budget.
- Client relationship management and development.
- Comply with established Commercial, Procurement, Contractual strategies.
- To carry out assigned duties efficiently and in accordance with processes and procedures.
Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar technical discipline.
- Chartered / Professionally Qualified (MRICS or equivalent), or studying toward.
Experience
- Experience of supporting/delivery of MEP packages.
- Data Centre experience.
