Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Interim HR Manager (for 6 months FTC initially) to provide strategic and operational support across multiple European countries. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex HR operations, with knowledge of European employment legislations.
Role Responsibilities:
- Act as the HR point of contact for business units across Europe, ensuring alignment with wider HR strategy and local compliance.
- Partner with wider HR team and senior stakeholders to design and implement initiatives that support engagement, retention and talent development.
- Work alongside People Manager to support European growth and new entities in various countries.
- Ensure HR systems, data and processes are standardised, efficient and compliant with GDPR and local regulations.
- Work closely with country managers, finance, legal and wider HR team to deliver compliant HR support.
- Work closely with the Recruitment team to ensure timely onboarding process.
- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with employment legislations in all operating countries.
- Serve as the regional escalation point for complex HR matters, ensuring timely and compliant resolution.
- Champion a positive and inclusive culture across diverse European teams.
Candidate Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role within Europe.
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR practices across multiple European countries.
- Strategic and hands-on HR capability.
- Happy to travel to Europe on a regular basis.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Strong project management and change leadership.
- Ability to operate in fast-paced environment.
