Key Responsibilities
Role Overview: We are currently recruiting a Graduate Building Surveyor to join a client focused team. This is an exciting opportunity for a high calibre candidate to join and strengthen our team. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a self-starter to provide all core surveying services on a number of interesting areas of property whilst being supported in achieving their APC RICS Chartership.
Role Responsibilities: Our dedicated Building Surveying Team offers professional/regulatory services, project services and survey services, often in a combined and seamless service delivery offering. We proactively manage and undertake surveys, formulate designs and specifications, administer contracts, and offer other bespoke services to ensure our clients' estate remains well maintained and achieves its full potential. Additionally, we provide extensive commercial and bespoke services including but not limited to dilapidations, lease advice, pre-acquisition surveys and specialist fire safety advice. We pride ourselves on the quality of our service and enjoy long term relationships with our clients. We are a sector focused business actively operating and investing in Commercial, Residential, Education, Sports, Nuclear and Retail clients and projects.
Qualifications: Degree qualified in Building Surveying or similar technical discipline.
