Role Overview

This is a key role supporting our National Programmes team in delivering customer service excellence to external and internal customers, ensuring that the RLB ethos is maintained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility supporting team with the delivery of the business plan and overall business strategy.
  • Booking travel and accommodation for senior members of staff.
  • Booking meetings and events (internal and external).
  • Assisting with contract management – Liaising with document controllers where relevant.
  • Supporting other administrators where necessary and providing holiday cover.
  • Creating and maintaining good relationships with other administrators and colleagues within the business.

Candidate Profile

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a secretarial role ideally within the Construction sector for Consultancies.
  • High level of IT competency, MS PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Pro-active, diligent, flexible and reliable

Behaviours:
