We are recruiting a Cost Manager or Senior Cost Manager (Mechanical and Electrical) in Birmingham to handle high-profile, complex projects in sectors like Major Projects, Aviation, Hotels & Leisure, Retail, Residential, Sports & Entertainment, and Industrial & Logistics. Role Responsibilities
- Leading M&E packages and projects from a cost management perspective.
- Ensuring the commercial and contractual performance of projects.
- Building and maintaining client relationships.
- Supporting value for money delivery.
- Pre and Post contract Quantity Surveying duties.
- Preparing tender documents and cost plans.
- Identifying commercial opportunities.
Candidate Profile
Qualifications: Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar; Chartered via RICS or studying toward.
Experience: Strong technical and M&E Cost Management experience; client-facing with stakeholder management skills; team and project management experience.
