Role Overview
We are seeking an ambitious Building Surveyor for a rewarding career journey. This is a great opportunity to join a client‑focused team, strengthen our success and contribute to RLB’s exciting journey. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach, excellent customer service, and knowledge of best practice across projects.
Role Responsibilities
- Ensure business objectives of delivering value for money in all circumstances.
- Carry out assigned duties efficiently and in accordance with processes and procedures.
- Comply with established procurement, commercial and contractual strategies.
- Adhere to Environmental, Health, Safety, Security and Quality Standards.
Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- Degree qualified in Building Surveying or similar technical discipline.
- MRICS or membership of another relevant professional body.
Experience
- Strong technical delivery experience.
- Good knowledge of JCT Contracts.
- Track record in project management from inception to completion.
- Evidence of working with multiple stakeholders.
- Previously employed by a consultancy.
- Experience working with teams and managing projects by prioritising workloads and delivering deadlines.

- Ability to successfully manage complex projects in a proactive and diligent manner.
