Role Overview
This is a great opportunity for an aspiring project manager to develop their career in a supportive and structured environment. As a Graduate Project Manager, you will contribute to the successful delivery of construction projects, gaining experience across different stages of the project lifecycle. You will be supported by experienced professionals, including a dedicated mentor, and provided with guidance to achieve professional accreditation. This role is ideal for someone eager to build a strong foundation in construction project management.
Role Responsibilities
As a Graduate Project Manager, you will support senior members of the Project Management team in delivering successful outcomes for our clients. Your role will involve contributing to all phases of a project—from the initial concept through design, construction, and into the operational phase of the built asset. You will coordinate and communicate with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. You will help ensure the right actions are taken by the right people at the right time to drive projects forward, meet deadlines, and deliver value.
- Regular liaison with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Supporting procurement processes
- Assisting Senior and Associate Project Managers
- Contract administration
- Managing and maintaining project data
- Coordinating the wider project team
- Planning and tracking key tasks and milestones
- Monitoring and reporting on progress and cost
- Attending site visits and project meetings
Qualifications
- Degree qualified in any Built Environment course or similar technical discipline
