The predicted salary is between 45000 - 55000 £ per year.
This is an opportunity to take real ownership of creative across photography, video, CGI and AI-integrated production workflows. You'll be part of a close-knit creative team, working with real autonomy on projects while collaborating across creative, production and client services. We're looking for someone who has a strong interiors/lifestyle background and is ready to own projects from day one, with the curiosity and ambition to grow with the role and contribute to the development of our ways of working and integration of new technologies.
Key responsibilities
- Originate and develop creative concepts across photography, video, CGI and digital platforms, from brief through to delivery.
- Art direct shoots and oversee CGI and digital production, ensuring creative intent, absolute realism and quality is maintained throughout.
- Collaborate with AI generative specialists producing imagery and video, getting hands-on with the tools yourself where needed.
- Work closely with client services, creative, and production teams across integrated campaigns.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, communicating clearly at every stage.
Required skills
- Proven art direction experience across photography, video and production, with a strong interiors and lifestyle portfolio.
- Agency background with an understanding of pace, client expectations and how to deliver under pressure.
- Develop and own concepts from brief to execution.
- A working understanding of CGI workflows and digital content production.
- Hands-on experience and deep curiosity around AI tools and workflows in a creative context.
- Confidence presenting work and articulating creative decisions clearly.
Location and working hours
This role will be based from our Manchester office, 9am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. The role is open to hybrid working. Occasional travel to our other offices may be required.
