Join to apply for the Senior CGI Producer role at Ride Shotgun. Ride Shotgun is looking for an experienced CGI Senior Producer with a strong focus on CGI stills imagery to lead the delivery of high-quality visual content for major brands. While you’ll occasionally support animation or multi-channel formats (photography and video), the core of this role is owning the production of premium large volume CGI stills, from brief to final delivery.

You’ll sit at the heart of our production team, managing complex CGI workflows, aligning creative vision with practical execution, and ensuring every asset meets the highest standards. This role requires deep understanding of the CGI stills pipeline, exceptional organisation, and the ability to guide teams smoothly through fast-paced production cycles. Working with multiple departments end to end, you will need to have a solid understanding of pipelines across modelling, shader development, batch cut outs and lifestyle 3D production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage CGI content projects from end-to-end, from receiving the brief, scoping, quoting, planning, and scheduling to sign-off and delivery.
  • Produce detailed timelines with clear milestones, dependencies, and approval stages.
  • Plan resource with our resource team to ensure time is allocated to meet deadlines.
  • Monitor risks and issues throughout production, resolving or escalating quickly.
  • Build and manage project budgets, negotiating with vendors and partners where needed.
  • Act as a client contact, ensuring communication is clear and expectations are aligned.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience managing CGI production from briefing through to delivery.
  • Strong understanding of CGI, animation, VFX, or similar production pipelines.
  • Solid experience managing budgets within a fast-paced environment.
  • A highly innovative, solutions-first mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
  • Confident influencing and negotiation skills – even under pressure.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard tools and pipelines.

Location and Working Hours:

You will be based remotely working Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm. There will be requirements to visit other offices and attend client meetings.
