Due to our continuing busy workload, Riddell PM is looking to recruit a Sales Account Manager to work in our Dunfermline offices.

Riddell PM is a respected, forward-looking producer of Digital Building Handover documentation for our UK wide Construction Clients. This is a rapidly changing environment where, day to day, we deal with the exciting challenges navigating our way through this Digital Revolution which encompasses the Construction Industry today. Conscientious, dedicated and talented people are the backbone of our company, working both individually and in teams to make vital digital products utilising new technology.

What do you need?

  • Must have excellent verbal and communications skills to prepare quotations for the Company’s products and services and, if required, deliver sales pitch to prospective Clients.
  • Must have strong negotiation and customer service skills to negotiate and close project contracts with Clients and ensure Clients are satisfied with the Company’s products and services.
  • Must have excellent listening and interpersonal skills to communicate with Clients clearly, addressing their concerns and resolve any conflicts or issues which arise.
  • Must have the ability and determination to achieve business sales targets.
  • Must have multi-tasking skills to manage your client portfolio and the day-to-day processing of all associated sales enquiries.
  • Must be an innovative thinker that can contribute information to sales strategies by assessing current product results, monitor competitive products, assess Client needs to be filled and analyse their reaction.
  • Due to the secure nature of our projects, the successful candidate must be willing to undergo background screening.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Ideally educated to degree level and have a minimum of 3 years experience in account management, business development, sales or customer service.
  • Experience within the construction industry is desirable but not essential.
  • High Level of computer literacy with an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Full driving licence and own vehicle.
