Office based at Riddell Estate, Lilliesleaf, Scottish Borders. Terms and conditions to be agreed.
Role to include, but not limited to:
- General office management and administration
- Assistance with invoice processing
- Assistance with maintaining livestock records using livestock management software
- Assistance with record keeping and auditing of Riddell Farms organic status
Key skills, capabilities and experience:
Required:
- A strong understanding of agriculture
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently as well as part of the wider estate team
Preferred:
- Understanding of Xero Accounting software
- Familiarity with Scottish Government department of Agriculture reporting and returns
- Experience of working in an SME business
- Experience of working in a high compliance and regulatory environment
- Aware of charity administration and reporting requirements
- Ability to work with suppliers and contractors
