The predicted salary is between 45000 - 55000 € per year.

This role is offered as a 12 month fixed term contract (maternity cover). As Strategic Partnership Manager, you will lead a portfolio of revenue generating sponsorship partnerships that support both commercial performance and long term member value. Working with the Head of Strategic Partnerships, you will shape how sponsorship partnerships are structured, negotiated and delivered, acting as a centre of excellence for partnership models across RICS. You will support deal strategy, enable successful closure and ensure partnerships are commercially robust, scalable and appropriate for a global professional body.

This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a strategically important sponsorship portfolio with clear commercial accountability, while shaping how partnerships are designed, priced and governed across RICS. You will play a direct role in driving revenue growth, improving conversion and strengthening partner retention, working closely with senior stakeholders across Markets, Product, Sales and corporate functions. The impact is tangible: your work will directly support organisational resilience, investment capacity and the delivery of value to members worldwide.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of sponsorship partnerships with clear revenue accountability
  • Develop and embed standard commercial terms and scalable sponsorship models
  • Build and deliver a focused sales plan, including the Tech Partner Platform
  • Lead complex commercial negotiations with senior decision makers
  • Use CRM data and commercial insight to monitor performance, assess risk and inform decisions
  • Identify, engage and secure new sponsorship partners aligned to strategic growth priorities
  • Partner with outbound sales colleagues to support deal strategy, proposals and conversion
  • Work with Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal and Operations to ensure partnerships are deliverable, compliant and commercially sound
  • Contribute to shared guidance, toolkits and ways of working that strengthen commercial consistency
  • Share insight and learning to build internal capability and improve commercial practice

About You

You will bring experience in consultative sales, strategic partnerships or business development within a complex organisation. You will be comfortable shaping and negotiating commercial agreements, using insight and data to guide decisions, and working collaboratively to enable successful outcomes. You will engage confidently with senior internal and external stakeholders and understand how to balance revenue, delivery and long term value.

You are likely to bring:

  • Experience managing commercial or sponsorship partnerships with clear revenue accountability
  • Confidence leading commercial negotiations and managing partnership lifecycles
  • Strong commercial acumen with evidence of supporting revenue growth and partner success
  • Proficiency using CRM systems and commercial data to prioritise activity and assess performance
  • The ability to influence without line management authority
  • Experience enabling others to succeed through collaboration and commercial insight
