Flexible/Agile Working: Balancing remote work and collaboration in the office, this hybrid role requires 3 days of onsite work per week.
RICS is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to help shape the future of our customer experience, reduce friction through smarter processes, and embed a data-informed, customer-focused approach across the organisation.
As a Senior Operations Manager, you\’ll provide both strategic and hands-on leadership across our multi-channel customer operations. You\’ll oversee customer journey management, service delivery, and team development, ensuring every interaction reflects our values and delivers value to our members.
You\’ll lead a team of direct and indirect reports, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture. Working closely with colleagues across RICS and with external partners, you will ensure our operations are aligned with business goals and are responsive to the evolving needs of our members.
Candidates will be experienced operations leaders with a background in managing multi-channel service environments. They will take a thoughtful, collaborative approach to leadership and be committed to delivering high quality outcomes for customers and colleagues. Experience within emerging and digital technologies, and how they can enhance service delivery would be advantageous.
