This hybrid role is based on a 60% onsite, 40% remote working model. Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities

As Training Delivery Manager, you will lead the global Learning & Development Operations team, with full ownership of the end‑to‑end delivery lifecycle of training programmes. This includes planning, scheduling, delivery, evaluation and continuous improvement across digital and face‑to‑face formats globally. This is a highly operational leadership role requiring strong delivery discipline, systems ownership and the ability to manage high‑volume, complex training portfolios across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high‑performing global operations team, setting clear objectives, driving accountability and embedding consistent delivery standards.
  • Take ownership of the end‑to‑end training delivery lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, logistics, delivery, evaluation and continuous improvement.
  • Manage delivery across a high‑volume, multi-format training portfolio, spanning digital, face‑to‑face and international programmes.
  • Own operational systems and processes (LMS, CRM, scheduling tools), ensuring data accuracy, efficient workflows and strong stakeholder communication.
  • Oversee delivery of public, bespoke and partner training solutions, working closely with product, events and commercial teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement by implementing process enhancements, tools and ways of working to improve efficiency, quality and scalability.

About You

You are an experienced learning operations leader with a strong track record of delivering complex training programmes at scale. You are hands‑on, highly organised and confident managing logistics, systems and stakeholders in a fast‑paced, global environment.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience managing end‑to‑end delivery of training programmes, including logistics, stakeholder coordination and evaluation.
  • Strong people‑management capability, with experience leading and developing high‑performing teams.
  • Proven experience delivering high‑volume, multi‑site or international training programmes across digital and face‑to‑face formats.
  • Experience owning and managing systems such as LMS (e.g. Moodle), CRM platforms and scheduling tools.
  • Strong operational mindset with experience improving processes, systems and delivery frameworks.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across global teams.
