Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities
As a Portfolio Manager, you will lead the development and performance of a portfolio of professional development and learning products. Working closely with SMEs, product, research and commercial teams, you will ensure content is insight‑driven, aligned with industry developments and delivers strong commercial and customer outcomes.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of learning and development products, ensuring alignment with product strategy and organisational priorities.
- Conduct market research and testing to ensure content reflects customer needs, industry trends and regulatory developments.
- Define learning outcomes and product design in collaboration with SMEs and internal teams, ensuring relevance across different learner levels.
- Manage and support SMEs, trainers and authors, ensuring consistent quality across product development and delivery.
- Collaborate with product, delivery, marketing and sales teams to develop pipelines, drive engagement and position products effectively.
- Monitor portfolio performance using data and feedback, taking action to improve quality, customer satisfaction and profitability.
