Head of Experience Operations / Head of Marketing Operations – Hybrid (London or Birmingham | 3 days a week in-office)

RICS is looking for a Head of Experience Operations to lead our Experience Operations function ensuring we have the right platforms, tools and creativity to take our message to market with clarity, consistency and impact.

What will the role involve

• Lead creative, editorial and channel teams as a unified ‘mini agency’
• Manage demand and capacity across the Experience directorate
• Oversee global brand architecture, tools and templates
• Protect and strengthen brand representation across all markets
• Provide process ownership across the Experience function
• Manage strategic projects and enable use of external agencies
