Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities
RICS is seeking a strategic and people-focused Head of Business Change to lead the planning and delivery of change initiatives across the organisation. This role ensures transformational programmes achieve their intended outcomes by embedding sustainable change, aligning people and processes, and driving adoption.
- Develop and lead the organisation’s change management strategy and roadmap.
- Embed change management frameworks and tools to standardise delivery across programmes.
- Lead complex people-related change initiatives, ensuring readiness and adoption.
- Collaborate on strategic communications and stakeholder engagement to support change.
- Track adoption metrics and promote continuous improvement in change delivery.
About You
You are a collaborative and adaptable change leader with deep expertise in transformation and stakeholder engagement. You bring strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and a passion for enabling sustainable change.
Essential skills and experience:
- Proven experience leading large-scale organisational or digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g. PROSCI, ADKAR).
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
- Experience working in complex, cross-functional environments.
- Relevant certifications and experience in culture change or agile adoption are desirable.
