Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities
As a Communications Executive, you will help shape the external profile and reputation of RICS by delivering high‑quality, global communications campaigns. Working with colleagues across Communications, Marketing, Content and regional teams, you will turn insight into impactful messaging, ensuring our corporate narrative is clear, consistent and aligned across all channels and markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver multi‑disciplinary communications campaigns under the direction of the Corporate Communications Manager.
- Support campaigns across key themes including thought leadership, strategic initiatives, partnerships, DE&I and corporate reputation.
- Develop campaign ideas, messaging and tactics informed by data and insight, briefing Content and Digital teams where needed.
- Deliver global campaigns with regional adaptations to strengthen brand reputation with professionals, policymakers and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Communications Executives and Marketing teams to ensure alignment, coordination and consistent messaging.
- Use insight to understand audience needs and tailor communications for maximum engagement.
- Work with digital channel owners to ensure effective delivery across web, social and email channels.
- Liaise with market‑based colleagues to ensure communications resonate at a local level.
- Support communications delivery for corporate reporting, governance announcements and the AGM.
About You
You are an organised, proactive communicator with experience delivering impactful campaigns. You can turn complex information into compelling stories and enjoy working across teams in a fast‑paced environment. You are confident managing multiple projects and building strong relationships across a matrixed organisation.
- Experience delivering impactful communications campaigns, ideally at national or global level.
- Ability to turn briefs into clear narratives, asking the right questions to understand context and purpose.
- Strong organisational skills and confidence managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Able to build strong networks and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Experience using evaluation and measurement tools and producing reports for different audiences.
- Familiarity with Monday.com (desirable).
- Strong writing skills with attention to clarity and tone.
