Business Support Executive
to join our Education & Qualifications Policy team at RICS. You\’ll provide essential day-to-day support for senior stakeholders and play a key role in coordinating the Entry and Assessment Review project, helping us design curriculum content that shapes the profession worldwide.

What will the role involve?
As our new Executive & Administrative Support, you\’ll:

  • Proactively manage diaries for senior stakeholders, ensuring effective prioritisation.
  • Arrange and coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, minutes, and action tracking.
  • Manage expenses, purchase orders, and other financial processes.
  • Provide logistical and administrative support for projects, events, and team activities.
  • Prepare and format professional documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Act as the first point of contact for stakeholders, handling queries and correspondence promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems in line with data protection standards.
  • Support smooth operations across the directorate by assisting team members with day-to-day tasks.

Who are we looking for?
You\’ll bring energy, organisation, and excellent communication skills to a busy and varied role. Specifically:

  • Experience providing administrative or executive assistant support in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Confident interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and quick to pick up new systems.
  • Experience arranging meetings, managing diaries, and processing expenses.
  • A proactive, collaborative, and adaptable approach.
