This hybrid role is based on a 60% onsite, 40% remote working model. Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will help shape, define and deliver change initiatives across the organisation. Reporting into the Change Delivery function, you will lead business analysis activities, advise colleagues on best practice, and ensure change initiatives are clearly understood, well-scoped and aligned with organisational priorities. You will work on agile and waterfall projects, provide clarity on business needs, and support decision-making through evidence-based analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the analysis approach for assigned change initiatives, ensuring clear problem definition, scoped outcomes and well-documented requirements.
  • Mentor and coach Business Analysts to develop capability and embed best practice across the BA community.
  • Create high-quality analysis artefacts including process models, user stories, acceptance criteria and impact assessments.
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings and discovery sessions to validate requirements and build shared understanding.
  • Work closely with Product, Project and Architecture colleagues to identify risks, resolve issues and align solutions to business needs.
  • Maintain requirements traceability from discovery through to delivery, ensuring final outputs meet expected outcomes.

About You

You are a strong communicator, critical thinker and collaborator with a passion for structured problem-solving. You are confident in navigating ambiguity, working with diverse stakeholders and supporting both agile and traditional delivery approaches. You enjoy mentoring others and helping uplift business analysis capability across a team.

Skills & Experience:

  • Skilled in business analysis techniques including process modelling, requirements elicitation, user journeys, and functional/non-functional requirements.
  • Confident analysing complex problems, assessing impacts and translating business needs into actionable requirements.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, negotiate and resolve conflict when needed.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, able to run workshops and engage effectively at all levels.
  • Comfortable working with digital products, transformation initiatives, and third-party vendors.
  • Able to work in ambiguity, prioritise effectively and deliver high-quality outputs to tight timelines.
