Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities
As the Partnership and Product Manager, you will drive the strategic development, performance and day‑to‑day management of the RICS Tech Partner Programme. You will strengthen partner engagement, enhance the digital member experience and shape a long‑term roadmap that accelerates responsible adoption of technology and AI across the built and natural environment.
- Lead the overall strategy, roadmap and development of the Tech Partner Programme, ensuring it delivers strong value for partners and members.
- Oversee partner onboarding, due diligence, programme governance and ongoing relationship management.
- Develop high‑quality digital and content experiences, ensuring tech partner content is easy to discover and accessible on rics.org.
- Create and deliver engagement activities including webinars, podcasts, events and product showcases to elevate partner visibility.
- Drive product and service innovation by gathering market insight, running discovery activity and leading cross‑functional delivery.
- Analyse programme performance, using commercial, customer and impact data to improve outcomes and inform decision‑making.

- Strong partnership management capability, able to build trusted and mutually valuable relationships with external stakeholders.
- Experience delivering product or programme strategies within a commercial, digital or technology‑focused environment.
- Skilled in customer research and insight, able to translate needs into compelling products, services or propositions.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, confident in articulating vision, roadmaps and programme value.
- Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to prioritise and coordinate multiple workstreams.
- Confident analysing performance, financials and key metrics to support decision‑making and continuous improvement.
