As our Learning and Development Specialist, you’ll help bring this belief to life supporting the smooth delivery of learning activity and creating a positive experience for colleagues as they build their skills and confidence throughout their careers.
Working as part of our People Experience team, you’ll collaborate with colleagues across the organisation, from early career professionals to experienced leaders. You’ll play a key role in coordinating learning programmes, managing systems and content, and ensuring that our people have the tools and support they need to develop and thrive. You’ll also work closely with HR teams and external partners, ensuring learning activity is consistent, well communicated, and aligned to RICS’ culture of growth and engagement.

Responsibilities- Supporting the delivery and coordination of learning programmes and development activity
- Helping to keep learning systems, content and data accurate and up to date
- Assisting with induction, early career and ongoing learning across the colleague lifecycle
- Responding to learning queries and supporting colleagues to access development
- Tracking learning completion and producing simple reports and insight
- Working with HR teams and external partners to support planned learning activity
This is a hybrid role in line with RICS’ Dynamic Working Policy. You’ll work from your nearest RICS office, with regular travel to other UK offices as required for collaboration, delivery and key meetings.

Qualifications- Experience in a learning and development, people or HR focused role
- Experience supporting learning activity, programmes or events
- Familiarity with digital tools and learning platforms (or similar systems)
- A reliable approach with good attention to detail
- Clear, thoughtful communication skills
- Comfortable working with data and simple reporting
