RICOTECK Limited is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Assistant (Design) to join our dynamic team. As a Production Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Design Production Associate and Specialist in bringing innovative and cutting‑edge technology solutions to life. You will be involved in various aspects of the design production process, from preparing materials and assisting with quality checks to ensuring the smooth execution of our diverse range of projects, including mobile apps, websites, and software solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Production Support: Assist the Design Production Associate and Specialist in preparing and organizing materials for design production, including gathering assets, creating templates, and formatting documents. Collaborate with the design team to produce high‑quality visuals, user interfaces, and marketing materials for our technology solutions. Support the team in creating mockups, prototypes, or drafts based on design specifications for mobile apps, websites, and software interfaces. Ensure all production areas are organized and materials are readily available for the design team to maintain efficient workflows.
  • Coordination & Workflow Management: Assist in managing the workflow of design projects, ensuring that projects are completed on schedule and meet RICOTECK's quality standards. Track the progress of ongoing design projects, updating the team on key milestones or deadlines, and escalating any potential roadblocks. Coordinate communication between design teams, developers, and other departments as needed to ensure smooth production operations. Maintain and update production schedules, ensuring alignment with project timelines and RICOTECK's agile development methodologies.
  • Quality Control & Material Handling: Conduct quality checks on design outputs, ensuring they meet RICOTECK's brand guidelines, technical specifications, and industry best practices. Review completed designs and projects to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with project goals and client expectations. Assist in packaging and organizing finished design products for delivery or further processing, including digital assets and print materials. Handle raw materials, supplies, and finished products, ensuring their safe storage and efficient use.
  • Administrative & Documentation Support: Assist with maintaining records and documentation for ongoing design projects, including material usage, production costs, and project timelines, adhering to RICOTECK's documentation standards. Help organize files, resources, and reference materials for the design team, ensuring easy access and efficient knowledge management. Support in preparing reports, presentations, or documents needed for internal or client review, showcasing RICOTECK's expertise and professionalism.
  • General Assistance: Provide general support to the design team in various tasks, including research, sourcing materials, and gathering reference images relevant to RICOTECK's technology solutions. Assist in setting up and tearing down workspaces, tools, or equipment after project completion, maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Help coordinate deliveries and shipments for design materials or finished products as necessary, ensuring timely delivery and efficient logistics. Actively participate in team meetings to discuss project progress, challenges, and solutions, contributing to RICOTECK's collaborative culture. Assist with communicating design feedback and adjustments to team members and clients to ensure designs meet expectations and reflect RICOTECK's commitment to excellence. Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including marketing, sales, and development teams, to ensure cohesive execution of design projects and successful delivery of technology solutions. Primarily an office or studio‑based role, with some hands‑on work in production areas, requiring flexibility and adaptability. May require occasional lifting or moving of materials and equipment, adhering to safety guidelines and best practices. Flexible work hours may be required based on project timelines and deadlines, demonstrating commitment and responsiveness to project needs.

Requirements

  • An Associate’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Experience in a production or design environment is a plus, particularly within the technology industry.
  • Basic understanding of design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator) is beneficial but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for maintaining accuracy and efficiency in design production.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment, adapting to changing priorities and project requirements.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, fostering collaboration and effective communication within the design team and across departments.
