This is a proactive sales role where you’ll focus on identifying, engaging, and acquiring new customers, while also strengthening long-term partnerships with existing accounts.
As the face of Ricoman for fit-out companies, electrical contractors, M&E consultants, and interior designers, you will combine business development with consultative support - winning new customers, new projects, nurturing relationships, and providing tailored lighting specifications that inspire confidence and deliver value.
- Generate leads, manage a healthy sales pipeline, and achieve agreed sales targets
- Identify opportunities to introduce Ricoman solutions into new projects at early design stages
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Develop new accounts and expand existing ones through trust and value creation
- Act as the key contact for projects from enquiry to post-delivery support
- Provide market intelligence and feedback to Marketing, Production, and Technical teams
Proven track record in B2B sales (lighting, electrical, building services, or other technical sector - preferred but not essential)
Strong ability to engage with specifiers, contractors, and designers
Highly organised with CRM discipline and attention to detail
Competitive base salary + performance bonus
