Overview
In this role, you will help ensure timely delivery of company orders and maintain customer satisfaction by meeting agreed delivery dates. You will support complaint handling, reverse logistics, and a culture of continuous improvement to boost customer experience and financial performance. You will coach and develop the Supply Chain Operations team to build a positive work culture aligned with business needs. You will collaborate with service providers and lead departmental projects to enhance supply chain performance, contributing to Ricoh’s Purpose and promises of collaboration, growth, and impact.

Responsibilities
- Facilitate on-time delivery to meet customer demand
- Support complaints process to resolve issues swiftly
- Support synchronized reverse logistics with project deployments
- Foster an engaged workforce within Supply Chain Operations through coaching
- Build and maintain relationships with service providers to evolve the supply chain
- Drive continuous improvement through innovation and commercial awareness
- Process revenue recognition for customer orders ensuring data integrity in TMS
- Lead departmental projects to enhance SCM performance
- Client interfacing to communicate supply chain processes and negotiate costs for value-added services
Key requirements
- Experience in a European Supply Chain environment
- Experience with 3rd party logistics management and related systems
- Good project management and commercial awareness
- Ability to manage change and culture
- Strong relationship, networking, and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior management and customers
- Knowledge of performance measurements and customer-focused requirements
