What you will be doing
As a Service Advantage Technician you will be providing customers with a professional and efficient installation, maintenance, and repair services on an increasingly broad range of equipment and devices that Ricoh support including audio-visual, network devices, servers, routers, smart lockers.
Key Accountabilities
- To provide a technical service to customers, including installation, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of Service Advantage products.
- To embrace the core Ricoh value of Customer Centricity in ensuring customers receive outstanding service every time.
- To drive self-improvement and continuous professional development to keep up with ever-changing demands in the technology sector and the rapidly expanding portfolio of products and services that Ricoh support.
- To maximize revenue by identifying potential business and professional service opportunities, whilst carrying out day-to-day duties.
- Management and control of stock, to improve first time fix levels to customers, and to minimize stock losses.
You will ideally have
- Strong fundamental understanding of IT and systems
- Good problem-solving skills and a systematic approach
- Good understanding of mechanical engineering
- Valid UK driving licence is essential
- Good organisation and time management
- Flexible approach to a varied and high-pressure workload
- Strong desire to learn and develop
- Willingness embrace change in a rapidly moving industry
- Happy to work outside
