As the Reward Manager you will plan, lead and implement reward policy and initiatives in Ricoh UK & Ireland in line with the EMEA reward strategy, ensuring the adoption of best practice and alignment to the strategic objectives of the organisation, and to take responsibility for the performance management process.

  • Implement reward policy and initiatives in line with the EMEA reward strategy, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and the Company remains competitive within the market place.
  • Assess the effectiveness of current programmes and initiatives in achieving organisational objectives through identifying best practices and benchmark and developing recommendations for change to align to HR strategy and business goals.
  • Lead and manage all benefit plans including the annual enrolment period including setting out an agreed project plan (including communications plan).
  • Manage and collaborate with external suppliers and partners, including managing performance of contracts to ensure maximum value of services is delivered.
  • Own the job evaluation, reward benchmarking and pay review process to ensure Ricoh UK can attract and retain talented people.
  • Have overall responsibility for the governance and ongoing management of sales commission plans, ensuring they are aligned to business goals, commercially effective and deliver the desired outcomes.
  • Have overall responsibility for the management of the company car fleet, ensuring the policy, supplier relationships, operational processes and employee experience are effectively managed in line with business requirements.
  • Have overall responsibility for the performance management process, ensuring it is effectively delivered, aligned to business objectives and supports a consistent approach to performance, development and accountability across the organisation.

You will ideally have:

  • Strong project management and influencing skills.
  • Graduate Calibre, with previous experience within a Reward function.
  • Knowledge of Reward policy, planning and practice.
  • Strong analytical, financial and numerical skills.
  • Knowledge of sales compensation manager / commission schemes.
  • Experience of creating and implementing Reward strategy and policy.
  • Proven ability to respond to and resolve complex challenges.
  • A strong business focus supported by relationship management and communication skills to influence key stakeholders.
  • Excellent report writing ability and expert user of MS Excel.
  • Proficient in job evaluation methodologies.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • High degree of accuracy and close attention to detail.
  • The ability to work with tact, diplomacy and a high level of confidentiality.
