What you will be doingSupport the Head of Finance M&A in driving the One Ricoh Finance agenda, leading the financial integration of acquisitions and the alignment of new and existing businesses with Ricoh's finance operating model.
The role is responsible for standardising financial processes, embedding governance and reporting frameworks, and enabling data-driven decision-making that supports scalable growth and value creation. Acting as the right hand to the Head of Finance M&A, you will bridge strategy, finance, and operations to successfully deliver integration objectives across the acquisition lifecycle.
Finance Integration & GovernanceSupport the integration of acquired companies into Ricoh's finance model, including Finance, Administration, and Procurement.
Ensure adherence to Ricoh Europe Finance Manual, Delegation of Authority, and internal policies.
Contribute to the simplification and standardisation of processes (e.g., payments, supplier approvals).Act as liaison between NewCos, OpCos, and Ricoh Business Services. Business Partnering: Financial Data, Taxonomy & Reporting OS Business. Support the design and deployment of a group-wide taxonomy framework to standardise revenue classification and business reporting.
Ensure consistent financial reporting across OpCos and NewCos, including: Revenue, gross margin, pipeline, and profitability by category/vendorContribute to the development of profitability reporting architecture and dashboards.
Drive creation of "one source of truth" through improved data governance and system alignment.
Develop reporting for the integration business (Cloud and Cyber, WEX. Process Automation).Support analysis of business profitability (services, vendors, offerings) to guide investment decisions.
Systems & Process TransformationSupport alignment and integration of key systems (CRM, ERP, reporting tools) across entities.
Applying AI to business processes.
Contribute to initiatives such as: CRM harmonisation for pipeline accuracy and forecastingERP alignment for accounting integrity and automationAssist in deployment of tools supporting end-to-end processes (CRM ERP reporting).Support implementation of time allocation tools and policies across NewCos entitiesM&A Provide financial support in building the business caseSupport financial workstreams during DDLead or coordinate finance integration roadmap.#RicohEuropeYou will ideally haveProven background and experience working as an Auditor or Controller in international environments or top-tier consulting firms.
Fluency in English both spoken and written is essential for this role, with any other language skills a distinct advantageExperience applying AI to business processes.
Comfortable user of M365 application and knowledge of major ERP systems such as Oracle or Microsoft and BI tools. Dynamics and consolidation tools such as Hyperion.
Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent professional qualification, with preference given to subject studied in business administration or financeConfident when working with risk, or a level of ambiguity, with the ability to form and support opinions.
