We’re looking for an experienced International Accounts Business Development Manager to join our Audio Visual International Sales team, based in London. This is a senior, commercially focused sales role with an international EMEA remit. You’ll be responsible for identifying and winning complex, multi-country Audio Visual opportunities, developing strategic relationships with global enterprise customers and collaborating with teams across Ricoh Europe to deliver high-impact solutions.

What you will be doing:

  • You’ll take ownership of developing and growing international AV opportunities across EMEA, from initial engagement through to contract award.
  • Your responsibilities will include:
    • Developing new business by proactively identifying and pursuing international Audio Visual opportunities across EMEA.
    • Growing strategic accounts by building and managing a strong pipeline of new and existing global customers.
    • Leading complex, multi-country tenders and bids, coordinating internal teams and ensuring compelling, commercially viable responses.
    • Positioning Ricoh’s Audio Visual value proposition with target customers and Ricoh Operating Companies across Europe.
    • Building senior-level relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within global customer organisations.
    • Creating, presenting and negotiating commercial proposals that demonstrate clear customer value while protecting revenue and margin.
    • Working closely with Pre-Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, IT and Business Support to develop innovative and commercially sustainable solutions.
    • Negotiating and closing international contracts, delivering against and exceeding revenue and profitability targets.
    • Maintaining accurate sales forecasts, pipeline visibility and account plans.
    • Collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders across EMEA to bring together the right expertise, solutions and capabilities for each opportunity.
    • Acting as a visible ambassador for Ricoh within the Audio Visual, Workplace Experience and wider technology industry.

You will ideally have:

  • Proven experience in Audio Visual Integration Sales, AV Consultancy or complex solutions sales within an international environment.
  • A strong track record of selling Audio Visual Integration solutions to large, blue-chip or global enterprise customers.
  • Experience managing long and complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, countries and decision-makers.
  • The ability to confidently present and articulate compelling value propositions at C-suite level.
  • Excellent negotiation, influencing and presentation skills, with the commercial confidence to lead complex conversations.
  • Strong knowledge of the EMEA Audio Visual Integration industry, including AV systems, hardware and software.
  • A strong commercial mindset, with an understanding of pricing, financial models and contractual structures.
  • Experience working with system integrators, technology vendors and strategic partners.
  • Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.
  • A collaborative and international mindset, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with remote teams across EMEA.
  • Willingness to travel internationally when required to support customers, tenders and key business opportunities.
