What you will be doing

  1. Managing the daily operations of a specific account or area, ensuring SLA compliance.
  2. Providing outstanding customer service and building strong relationships.
  3. Utilizing technician resources to meet SLA targets.
  4. Providing daily updates to customer management via web-based applications or email.
  5. Adhering to all processes and procedures.
  6. Managing stock using Oracle SHARE.
  7. Following escalation procedures for each account.
  8. Participating in team cross-training and coverage.
  9. Communicating regularly with SDM.
  10. Managing third-party partners as directed.
  11. Promoting company initiatives as required.

Ideal candidate qualities

  1. Excellent written communication skills.
  2. Professional telephone manner, especially with high-profile customers.
  3. Experience with Oracle SHARE or Siebel is a plus but not essential.
  4. Snow experience is beneficial but not essential.
  5. Experience with field scheduling is a plus.
  6. Customer service experience, e.g., in a desk or retail environment.
  7. Ability to work under pressure.
  8. Negotiation, problem-solving, assertiveness skills.
  9. Confidence in articulating requirements verbally at various levels within Ricoh.
