Our purpose is centred on understanding and improving how people work. By focusing on real working experiences, we support individuals to develop their skills, realise their potential and do work that feels meaningful.
This role will focus on integrating acquisitions into Ricoh’s core IT solutions, ensuring standardisation, performance, security, and compliance. It requires deep operational expertise and a strong, demonstrable understanding of Microsoft 365 products and services, Windows and Linux operating systems, and network technologies.
This role will lead M365 migrations across a range of organisations on-site, working with business stakeholders, application owners, security, architecture, and service teams to translate requirements into scalable, secure, and cloud-native or cloud-aligned solutions, with a strong focus on automation, standardisation, and reuse.
- Lead M365 migrations, act as a main point of contact and support a range of stakeholders.
- Support infrastructure migrations to Ricoh standards.
- Deliver standards for availability, latency, performance, capacity, and scalability.
- Champion blameless post-mortem culture and ensure actions are tracked and closed.
- Partner with SRE, Operations and Service Desk teams to deliver service.
- Oversee automated patching, vulnerability remediations, and configuration compliance.
- Occasional travel to offices to ensure projects and service meets business requirements.
You will ideally have:
- M365 migration experience from on-prem and Tenant to Tenant, ideally within large or matrixed environments.
- Strong, practical knowledge of infrastructure, cloud and operations beyond task execution.
- Hands-on skills with PowerShell.
- Strong background in Microsoft technologies (Entra, Azure, M365, SharePoint, Exchange, Teams).
- Knowledge of networking, security, and OS fundamentals (Windows / Linux).
- Experience operating in ISO27001 or similar regulated environments.
- Experience integrating with ITSM platforms (e.g. ServiceNow) and aligning with ITIL processes.
- Strong Project Management experience with managing large projects within an enterprise environment.
In return for your commitment, you can expect:
- Love to Connect: You become part of a global community built on openness, inclusion and genuine collaboration.
- Love to Grow: Your development truly matters to us. With access to learning pathways, mentoring and career opportunities across functions and countries, you'll be supported to stretch your skills, explore new directions and stay future-ready in a changing world.
