We feature in the Gartner Magic Quadrant, are listed in the Global 100 Most Sustainable Companies, and have been named one of Forbes’ World’s Best Employers 2025. At Ricoh, we believe people do their best work when they feel valued and supported. We create inclusive workplaces where you can grow, contribute, and make a positive impact while helping to build a more sustainable future.
Our purpose is centred on understanding and improving how people work. By focusing on real working experiences, we support individuals to develop their skills, realise their potential and do work that feels meaningful.
As Head of IT Product Management, you will own the product management approach across Ricoh’s enterprise application portfolio, creating greater clarity around product vision, strategic roadmaps, investment priorities and business outcomes. You will act as a key bridge between business and IT, bringing together competing demands and helping senior stakeholders make informed decisions about where we invest, why we invest and the value those investments deliver.
A key part of the role will be embedding a more mature, outcome-led product mindset across the organisation, strengthening accountability beyond individual projects and creating long-term ownership for our critical technology products.
Core Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the product strategy and vision for Ricoh’s enterprise applications and platforms, aligned to business priorities.
- Establish clear accountability for product roadmaps, outcomes and value realisation.
- Own and evolve the enterprise product portfolio roadmap, providing transparency across strategic priorities, dependencies and investment.
- Lead the prioritisation of demand across competing business requirements, balancing strategic value, customer impact, risk and available capacity.
- Work closely with senior business and technology stakeholders to understand priorities and translate them into clear product strategies and roadmaps.
- Establish effective product governance and decision-making frameworks that enable faster, more transparent prioritisation.
- Define how product value and outcomes are measured, ensuring technology investment can be clearly connected to business benefit.
- Drive the transition from project-based delivery to product-based ownership, embedding long-term accountability and continuous improvement.
- Strengthen collaboration between IT and the wider business, creating trusted relationships and improving stakeholder engagement.
- Champion product management disciplines and ways of working across Ricoh Europe.
You will ideally have:
- Significant leadership experience within IT product management, enterprise applications, technology strategy or digital transformation.
- Strong experience developing product strategies, visions and multi-year roadmaps across complex technology portfolios.
- Experience leading or supporting the transition from project-led delivery towards product-led operating models.
- A strong commercial and business mindset, with the ability to connect technology investment to measurable outcomes and value.
- Experience establishing portfolio prioritisation, demand management and governance frameworks.
- Excellent senior stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge, influence and create alignment across competing priorities.
- Experience working across large, international or matrix organisations.
- The ability to create clarity where priorities, ownership and requirements may be complex or ambiguous.
- A collaborative leadership style and the ability to bring business and technology teams together around shared outcomes.
In return for your commitment, you can expect:
- You become part of a global community built on openness, inclusion and genuine collaboration.
- Your development truly matters to us. With access to learning pathways, mentoring and career opportunities across functions and countries, you'll be supported to stretch your skills, explore new directions and stay future-ready in a changing world.

- You'll benefit from fair rewards, flexible working, wellbeing resources and real recognition.
