- Partner with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Implementation to embed a commercial lens in everything we do

- Preferably you will be able to break down complex topics like pricing, messaging, and market positioning into clear, actionable insights
- Ideally you will be experienced in navigating global teams with ease, building strong relationships across time zones and cultures
- To be successful in this role you will have excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) which are essential for articulating strategy, presenting to stakeholders (internal and potentially external), and simplifying complexity.
- Successful candidates will enjoy tackling commercial challenges head-on, blending big-picture strategy with hands-on action
- Preferably you will be able to demonstrate advanced analytical and strategic problem-solving skills. Plus be able to develop effective strategies and solutions, alongside the ability to analyse complex situations involving market dynamics, sales performance, operational inefficiencies, and competitive threats.
- Ideally you will be confident in evaluating different GTM approaches, pricing structures, and operational models. Plus be able to simplify complex concepts (product positioning, commercial models) for diverse audiences.
- Preferably you will be able to embrace ambiguity, take ownership, and thrive on creating structure in fast-moving environments.
