We\’re looking for a Business Development Manager (m/f/d) to join our growing EMEA team in London, focused on driving sales and growth of Ricoh Spaces, our innovative SaaS Workplace Management Platform.

As a Business Development Manager, you\’ll play a key role in expanding our footprint across the EMEA region. You\’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with C-level stakeholders, and delivering a world-class customer experience.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for Ricoh Spaces across the EMEA region.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on key markets and customer segments to grow our direct sales pipeline.
  • Establish a structured sales approach including forecasting, performance tracking, and pipeline management.
  • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers at C-level, ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
  • Lead client meetings, product demos, proposals, and commercial negotiations to close high-value deals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive activity, and growth opportunities, feeding into marketing and sales strategy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Pre-Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, and IT, and lead on cross-border RFPs where required.
  • A degree in Business, IT, or equivalent qualifications with relevant experience (e.g., Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, Key Account Manager).
  • Solid track record in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in a multi-national or enterprise environment.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and selling into large organisations at C-level.
  • Deep understanding of the software solutions, SaaS, or digital workplace platforms landscape.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel up to 50% across EMEA.
  • You\’re proactive, goal-driven, and a confident communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
