What you will be doing
- Responsible for the delivery of annuity programmes within Ricoh UK, that protect and support the annuity business, ensuring the Company budget and business targets are achieved.
- Manage and develop new annuity programmes for all lines of business including Office Services, IT Services and Commercial Op CIP, in order to meet budget requirements.
- Prepare and implement long term programmes that grow and develop UK annuity revenue streams including chargeable calls, data overwrite, customer damage and smart lockers.
- Track new annuity streams, maintain and share accurate management information to demonstrate current and future growth.
- Responsible for managing and maintaining DBS checks, HDD handling databases Customer Service expense lines and other ad hock administration tasks
- Responsible for measuring the effectiveness of all annuity programmes and initiatives through leading analysis and measurement ensuring effective process and key performance indicators are in place.
- Responsible for all administrative duties for Regional and District service managers
- Manager invoicing and query management for our in-direct partners
You will ideally have
- In depth knowledge of Ricoh internal processes
- In depth knowledge of Ricoh back office systems
- Exceptional negotiation skills
- Good understanding of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Access
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Independent and inquisitive approach to work
- Ability to work to tight time-scales
- Exceptional customer handling skills at all levels
- Good presentation skills
