What you will be doingDeliver results for assigned annuity programs that directly impact revenue and contribution
Build reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel to track annuity performance
Collaborate with IT and data teams to manage large data sets and improve data models
Support the adoption of bestâpractice reporting across European operations
Contribute to the annuity strategy by providing key business insights
Engage in crossâfunctional projects and explore new annuity opportunities
Support panâEuropean annuity initiatives related to postâsales revenues, margin growth, and installed base management
Drive improvements for Office Services by analysing unit performance, revenue, and contribution
Deliver detailed dashboards, KPIs, and reports that shape strategic decisions
Assist in data governance and optimisation for over 1.2 million devices in service
Work with diverse teams across 23 European subsidiaries and global function
You will ideally haveDegreeâlevel education
Strong Excel and Office skills
Proficiency in Power BI; knowledge of Cognos and Oracle ERP (SHARE) a plus
Experience in managing and analysing large datasets
High attention to detail and accuracy
An independent, curious mindset and eagerness to learn
Fluent English communication (written and verbal)
