Ricoh is a global technology business, building innovative digital services. In this role you will develop and deliver business opportunities within strategic CIP accounts, working with customers and suppliers to transition from traditional print to digital technology and drive annuity growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive CIP sales across strategic accounts, becoming a trusted advisor.
  • Influence customers at C‑level, articulate Ricoh’s CIP offering and challenge norms.
  • Identify new opportunities by understanding customer needs and create sustainable, custom propositions.
  • Reduce complexity and risk for customers, helping them maximise margin returns.
  • Demonstrate financial viability of the Digital Alternative to support ROI decisions.
  • Promote key messaging and content to key stakeholders to build consensus.
  • Deliver annuity growth across existing customer base and new client acquisition.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to create and deliver materials and campaigns targeting existing and prospective customers.
  • Educate and support sales teams to identify CIP sales opportunities.
  • Sell Ricoh CIP portfolio, third‑party finishing equipment, and software solutions, maximising profitability and revenue.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline in the EUSFA system, ensuring accurate forecasting and knowledge sharing.
  • Keep up‑to‑date market knowledge and provide specialist support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Degree or business owner / entrepreneur level calibre.
  • Significant experience in a PP and relevant B2B corporate sales environment.
  • Clean sales track record and end‑to‑end sales process management.
  • In‑depth knowledge of customers’ business and Ricoh technologies (manufacturing consolidation, MIM, ECM, Digital Asset Management, etc.).
  • Ability to engage multiple key stakeholders and lead high‑level debates.
  • Excellent presentation skills and strong two‑way communication.
  • Resilient, tenacious, commercially aware, and able to manage risk.
  • Comfortable discussing money and presenting complex issues.
